Kokson sells to customers in India and delivers to Indian addresses only. We are a single-brand shop: everything on this site is sold by Kokson, and this is not a marketplace for other sellers.

Browsing and building a bag need no account. Placing an order requires signing in with Google, giving your name, and having a saved delivery address with a valid Indian mobile number for the person receiving the order.

You are responsible for the Google account you sign in with. Keep it secure: anyone who can use it can place orders as you.

Prices shown on the site are in Indian rupees and include GST. No further tax is added at checkout.

Prices, packs and availability can change, and a product can be withdrawn from sale. The price and charges that apply to your order are those the site states at checkout, and your order keeps its own record of them.

We sell only what is in stock. If a pack in your bag cannot be bought when you try to order, the order is refused rather than part filled or placed on backorder.

Product photographs are illustrative of the product. Pack weights and quantities are stated on the product page and are what you receive.

Kokson calculates every price, discount, delivery charge and total on its own servers. Nothing your browser or any other client sends is accepted as a price, a discount, a total or a paid status. If a figure shown to you and the figure Kokson calculates ever differ, the order is refused and re-quoted rather than placed on the wrong amount.

A coupon is issued by Kokson and can be limited in how many times it is used, by whom, and to which products it applies. Applying a coupon to your bag shows you what it would reduce; the discount is settled when the order is placed. A coupon has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.

You can pay online or, where offered, by cash on delivery. Online payments are taken by a payment provider on its own screens; Kokson never receives or stores your card, UPI or bank credentials.

An order is confirmed when payment is confirmed to us, or when a cash on delivery order is accepted. An online payment that is not completed in time releases the order automatically and takes no money.

Please do not attempt to interfere with the site, access another customer’s account, order or bag, or use automated means to place orders or exhaust stock. We may refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably believe this has happened.

Ingredient, allergen and nutrition information is shown on the product page where it is available. If you have an allergy or a dietary requirement, read the pack itself before consuming and rely on the information printed on it.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
