Shipping policy

Kokson delivers to addresses in India. We do not ship internationally, and we cannot accept an order for delivery outside India.

A delivery address must include a valid Indian mobile number for the person receiving the order, so the courier can reach them.

Delivery costs ₹49.00 on orders below ₹499.00, and delivery is free at ₹499.00 and above.

The threshold is measured on your order total after any discount has been applied. If a coupon brings your order below ₹499.00, the delivery charge applies.

Choosing cash on delivery adds a handling charge of ₹19.00. Paying online carries no additional fee.

Prices shown on the site include GST. No further tax is added at checkout.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days of being placed.

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.

Once your order is placed you can see it, and everything it was charged, under your orders. The order record keeps its own copy of the prices and charges at the time you ordered, so it does not change afterwards.
